This section will list the data controller's name, address and contact details.
Scope of processing
This section will describe what data the contact form and the app collect, e.g. name, email address, phone number.
Legal basis
This section will state the legal basis for processing under GDPR, e.g. consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest.
Retention
This section will state the data retention period. For data submitted through the contact form, the planned retention period is 24 months from the date of submission.
Data subject rights
This section will describe your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
